Manufacturing and assembly is performed within designated areas equipped with filtered/clean air units. (E.U.8 specification: 30 air changes per hour).

Filter integrity is monitored by magnehilic gauges and areas are subject to an intensive programme of cleaning/sanitisation.

Routine microbial monitoring is performed and areas are maintained to Class D (E.U/Orange guide Classification).

Wide range of dosage forms are produced.

15 Production Areas are available with an extensive range of equipment including 9 blister packers and 3 sachet machines.
